Victor Gann's studio is located
in the Downtown Business District
of Sanger, Texas on the south side of
the downtown square. It is
one
block north of Babe's Chicken Dinner House. The studio is
in the
historic Wilfong building. The studio is on the third floor
above The
Loft Ice Cream Parlor. Use the elevator or the stairs
to reach the third
floor.
Directions from
Gainesville, TX (North of Sanger, TX):
Follow I-35 south,
exit at Exit 478. Follow the service road south to
Chapman Road. Turn left at Chapman Road and follow it
east 1/2 mile to Fifth Street. Turn right at Fifth
Street and follow it south to Bolivar Street. Turn left
at the Bolivar Street light and go one block east to
Fourth Street. The studio is on the right hand side in
the Wilfong building.

Directions from
Denton, TX (South of Sanger):
Follow I-35 north,
exit at Exit 478. Follow the service road north 500
feet. Be aware, the next turn comes quickly after
exiting the highway. Turn right at Bolivar Street
(just past the overhead walkway that crosses I-35).
Follow Bolivar Street east 1/2 mile to the light at
Fifth Street. Continue straight ahead on Bolivar Street
one block east to Fourth Street. The studio is on the
right hand side in the Wilfong building.
