G.I.T. graduate's first instrumental release. A mixture of technique and feeling in straight ahead styles.

As a guitarist for numerous Hollywood and Dallas based bands he has played in front of thousands of people, heard his songs on the radio and has performed live on MTV.

After studying with local guitar teachers Andy Timmons and Thad Bonduris he was accepted to the esteemed G.I.T. program of Musicians Institute.

Shortly after high school graduation Victor left for the bright lights of Hollywood to continue his musical education at G.I.T. While there he was able to study with Paul Gilbert and Joe Satriani among others. He graduated G.I.T. with degrees in Professional Guitar and Music Harmony & Theory.

Victor Gann's self-titled CD is a collection of instrumental songs
that feature Victor's excellent guitar work. Victor shows his
versatility on these songs, which range from full band hard rock
(Four on the Floor, Just Another Day?, and Not Now!) to more
subdued tracks, such as the melodic song (Migraine -S.O.S.), and the
beautiful (Shannon with Child). Victor's guitar playing on the tracks
is very clean and impressive. The backing band is very tight and
the recording sounds great. If you enjoy guitar virtuoso's such as
Joe Satriani, you will enjoy this CD.
