Click the
links above to Download or Listen to the ringtones.
1.) Getting
Started:
First of all, you must have a phone that is
capable of
playing ringtones. If your phone is not capable of this,
you cannot use these
ringtones. The other important piece of information you
must know, is what
type of file format/formats will your phone play. The
most common file
formats are: (mp3, wma, m4a/aac, mid, smaf, mel, qcp,
awb). You can
check information about your phone here:
Check my phone compatability
If you do not find your phone's
information, check the User Guide that came
with your phone or do an internet search on the
specifications of your
particular model phone. |
2.) Next Step:
Download the mp3 Ringtones from this webpage
and save
them to a file location on your computer that
you can remember. Then,
convert the files to the correct
format for your phone model. If your phone
plays mp3 ringtones, you do not have to convert the files because
they are
already in mp3 format. You can
convert the ringtone files here:
Convert my Ringtone files
If you do not
understand things up to this point, maybe you should
educate
yourself more about ringtones. You can find more
information here:

3.) Last Step:
After you have the ringtone files in the
correct format, you then have to get them into your
phone. There is more than one way to do
this, but we are
going to make it easy for you. Use the FREE ringtone
uploader below to send the ringtone to your phone. In plain
language, you
are sending the file to your phone as a text message. You will
incur text
message fees from your cell phone provider when sending the files
to your
phone. The cost is based on the size of the text message. Be
aware that
some files are larger than others. If you do not find your
carrier in the list,
there are other free services available on the internet that may
accommodate your provider. You will receive a text message on
your
phone a few minutes after you upload the file. Your phone will
recognize that
the file is a ringtone and will ask you questions about what you
want to do
with the file. Each phone will be different, but in the end, you
want to set the
ringtone you just sent yourself as your phone's ringer. Follow
your phone's
prompts. That's it. Enjoy!

Note:
This same process works for almost all the free
ringtones available on the internet. |
